ROYAL MANOTEL, Geneva – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel location is extremely convenient, making travel around Geneva a breeze. However, the room setup was not ideal, being opposite and not joined in the 'Superior' category. The service was far from helpful initially but improved. The dining experience was below expectations, lacking variety. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel is close to major transport hubs.

The hotel was very tight for two occupants, especially with young children, and felt uncomfortably hot. Despite the polite and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages, the room service experience was not the best. The location, although central, was not relaxing but had excellent access to transport options. The dining options lacked variety and quality. Facilities need significant improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully adorned with a lovely veranda, but unfortunately, the temperature was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep for two nights. The service from the hotel staff was exceptional, as they were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was excellent, conveniently close to a supermarket and Geneva's attractions, and I felt very safe in the area. The dining options were relatively basic but sufficient, and the price was reasonable at 15 CHF. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay but with some room for improvement.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms styled in an antique way. However, the lack of lighting in the evening was a noticeable issue, and the room temperature was too hot, affecting our sleep for two nights. The location was great, near the Geneva Cornavin train station and with easy access to transportation options.

The hotel's location made traveling around Geneva a lot easier, but the area didn't feel very safe. The rooms were not clean, except the first floor, which was well-equipped with generous amenities. The dining experience was average and not worth the money spent. On the plus side, the city center location was nice and helpful for guests, offering a range of services; however, accessing the sauna was impossible due to a lack of a fair booking system.

The hotel feels luxurious and offers a central location near the train station and other attractions. The rooms, despite the stuffiness due to inadequate AC, are comfortable. The service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

I requested a quiet room away from the busy train tracks but unfortunately was not accommodated. The facilities seemed old and not worth the high rates per night. The hotel might not be suitable for families with young children due to the noise from the train tracks. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and nice during my stay.
